By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that all pieces are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in things such as stitching, colours, shaping etc but this adds to their uniqueness and charm.

2. Products & Availability
All Ethereaell pieces are made to order, custom, or limited edition.
Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade process.
Availability may change without notice, especially for seasonal or one-of-one designs.
3. Pricing & Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout before production begins.
Ethereaell reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Orders, Cancellations & Pre-Orders
All items are handmade to order. Please ensure all details (colour, size, and shipping info) are correct before confirming your purchase.
If you need to cancel, you may contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been packed, shipped, or entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
Pre-order and custom pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Once your parcel has been shipped, Ethereaell is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.
We’ll always do our best to help you lodge a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour preference.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We may ask that the item be returned for inspection before a repair, replacement, or refund is offered.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If the item is confirmed faulty due to our workmanship, your postage cost will be reimbursed.
7. Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces are designed specifically for you and are final sale. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
We encourage you to double-check all measurements, colour choices, and details before confirming your order.
