All Ethereaell pieces are handmade. Some are made to order, which means each item is crafted with care just for you.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped.
Custom or pre-order pieces may take longer — estimated timeframes are listed on each product page.
Shipping Times & Carriers
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
Free shipping may occasionally be offered during promotions — keep an eye on our socials or subscribe for updates.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, Ethereaell is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact the postal carrier directly and reach out to us at elllie@ethereaell.com — we’ll help you lodge a claim and do our best to assist.
We only provide tracked postage via Royal Mail as these pieces are expensive handmade items, and we have found this is the most trustworthy courier and the tracking is essential for both us and you as the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Ethereaell is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ellie@ethereaell.com — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the parcel reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Ethereaell has no control over customs processing times or fees.
Pre-Orders & Seasonal Drops
Pre-order items will be shipped once production is complete.
If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, they’ll ship once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.
